RESUMO: O presente trabalho pontua a compulsoriedade da vacinação no Brasil e os efeitos colaterais dela oriundos, pós-va- cinação, tema objeto de responsabilidade civil do estado - frente às inovações advindas com a entrada em vigor da Lei 14.125/2021. O tema agrega ao leitor reflexões às garantias fundamentais de proteção à vida e à saúde, em claro juízo de ponderação com as liberdades de expressão e de crença, todas albergadas pela Consti- tuição da República Federativa do Brasil, observando-se quanto à leitura conjunta o respeito ao princípio da harmonização. ABSTRACT: The present work points out the compulsory nature of vaccination in Brazil and the side effects arising from it, post-vaccination, a subject object of civil liability of the state in the face of the innovations resulting from the entry into force of Law 14.125 / 2021. The theme adds, to the reader, reflections to the fundamental guarantees of protection of life and health of freedom of expression and belief, taken into account by the Cons- titution of the Federative Republic of Brazil, observing as regards to the reading of all the respect to the principle of harmonization .
