Dessa forma, o presente trabalho sugere a aplicação do regime da Lei 11.101/05 (Lei de Recu- peração Judicial, Extrajudicial e Falências) às associações civis desportivas. Além dos diversos aspectos legais relacionados ao tema, a legitimidade ativa das associações civis para se sub- meterem ao regime da Lei 11.101/05 será o maior desafio a ser enfrentado neste artigo. Abstract : The purpose of this article is to present and offer legal solutions to the dilemma faced by civil associations, parti- cularly sports associations, which are completely indebted and without sufficient legal support to promote the real overcoming of the economic and financial crisis of these associations. As a way to better approach the theme, the article presents the main legal measures created with the intention of mitigating the pro- blem presented. However, as noted, such measures propose only one-off solutions and are not sufficient for the permanent reco- very of these institutions. Thus, the present work suggests the application of the regime of Law 11,101 / 05 (Law of Judicial and Extrajudicial Reorganization and Bankruptcy) to the civil asso- ciations of sport. Besides the various legal aspects related to the theme, the active legitimacy of civil associations to submit to the regime of Law 11,101 / 05 will be the biggest challenge to be fa- ced in this article.
