ABSTRACT: The changes resulting from the pandemic led to a pro- cess of intense changes in the entire Brazilian legal body. Since the pandemic is of a global character and bringing intense administrati- ve and legislative changes, for reasons of precaution and urgency, to the national and global state rules. Thus, it is necessary to study and delimit the problem within the theoretical point of view of the present study. The study was based on changes in labor law arising from the period of public calamity decreed at the federal, state and municipal levels. The study had a methodology for analyzing bibliographic and documentary content, in the same way as the deductive method for solving problems related to systematic logical reasoning. The inves- tigation aimed to analyze the proposals and measures established in the national territory, especially in the labor sphere, addressing its most relevant changes, within the Brazilian legal paradigm. INTRODUÇÃO As modificações legislativas, administrativas e judiciais nas esferas federal e estadual em decorrência da pandemia da COVID-19, ocorrem diariamente, sendo de grande relevância para o mundo jurídico a análise de suas alterações em todos os níveis do corpo jurídico nacional. A nível organizacional, a estrutura atual passa por modificações in- dependentemente das posturas dos órgãos dirigentes com relação às suas atribuições.
